Selecting the Right Talent The most important part of accelerating a startup is finding the right talent first. Since technologies are rapidly changing, each new scouting process gives us a view of the top talent and technologies to ensure we remain relevant. For our first cohort, the process began with a four month application and scouting phase where we travelled around the world to ensure we met the best Smart City innovators.
